GETTING AROUND THE ISLES OF SCILLY

As an Area Of Natural Beauty (AONB), Scilly is a haven for those looking to enjoy the unique flora, wildlife, & visit these magical islands. Walking is one of the most simple & rewarding ways to experience Scilly, allowing you to set your own pace & interact with the environment. Throughout the summer season there are many daytime & evening guided walks available, to suit all interests, abilities & timescales.

Want to explore Scilly via other methods, here on St. Mary's you have a number of options including Bike & Golf Buggy Hire.

There are also taxis available to transport you around St. Mary's, & cater for larger parties if required.

Why not take the weight off your feet & take a tour of St. Mary's on a Classic Tour Bus or Vintage Car.

Enjoy your Scilly experience & take a day trip to another island via the off Island boat services who operate throughout the day.

Boats leave St. Mary's from designated areas along the quay - daily boat times & tickets are available from our campsite shop. There are many ways to enjoy the marine environment here on Scilly including kayaking, windsurfing or even a glass bottomed boat.

There are also regular Fishing Trips, Wildlife Excursions to Bird Sanctuaries & the magnificent Bishop Rock, the most south-westerly lighthouse in the UK.

Details of off island excursions, fishing trips & evening trips are available from the shop & various information points around the campsite. We are happy to provide further information & assistance is available upon request.
