Camping on The Garrison is by far one of the best ways to escape the demands of today's "fast, modern" world & experience the beauty of Scilly. ​Camping at The Garrison is a unique, value for money, green & fun way to experience the magic of Scilly.

Here on our 9.5 acre site, you will enjoy the friendly, relaxed atmosphere & with todays camping technology, it's now so easy to get closer to the outdoors & escape the constraints of modern living.

Al Fresco dining is at its best here on Scilly - there's nothing like the smell of a barbeque, eating outdoors & enjoying a glorious sunset on The Garrison. 

Garrison Campsite is a family run & orientated site - small enough to be intimate & personal, yet large enough to retreat into a quiet corner & remain anonymous if desired - the choice is yours. Many campers return year on year, making new friendships & renewing old ones.

The site layout ensures a degree of intimacy & privacy, whilst the abundance of birds, butterflies & wildlife guarantees to entertain & delight.
 

We provide all the essentials with a well stocked shop, mobile phone/laptop charging lockers, toilet blocks, free showers, washing up & laundry facilities, freezer for ice-blocks. 

We also have 10 electric hook ups that can be reserved in advance if required. (Please note that electric hook ups are not available for Readi-Tents)

We can transport your luggage from & to the Scillonian III ferry, Taxis are available at the airport, should you choose to fly via Skybus. 

Trolleys are available on site to transport tents & equipment to your pitch.

There are some superb views from the site, & a short walk leads to the historic Garrison walls where you can enjoy the rugged Scilly coastline, breath-taking Island views & the beauty of the crystal clear waters that surround us. 

The islands are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), & many rare species of birds & plant life are found here, some unique to Scilly.
